Finally we get another beautiful day in Galveston and we have to leave. 🙁. Warm, sunny, light breeze… not the howling gale we’ve had to endure for the last couple days.
Like the old saying, “if you don’t like the weather, wait ten minutes”, Texas is like that in her varied areas. If you don’t like the land where you are, drive 30 minutes.
Packing up and heading for Austin TX, in the heart of the Texas Hill Country. I love that area and I’ve been looking forward to our visit.
Long drive, gotta go…
