Susy and I finished a visit to Yellowstone this week. Two of us traveling in a little trailer. Only 37 ft long. Roughing it my way.

My last visit to Yellowstone was in 2018 with my late wife Sheila, in an Odyssey minivan, and staying at several lodges inside the park. Roughing it her way.

Prior to that, my family visited YNP in 1981, when I was 18. Five of us crammed inside a small pickup camper. Roughing it, family style.

And the family history in Yellowstone NP goes all the way back to 1916, when my great-aunt Amy visited. That’s her in the second row. Roughing it the historic way.

We have a picture of her, somewhere, clinging to a cable as she descends into the canyon to get a look at the falls.
I wonder if my family will look back at my pics a hundred years from now??
