March 9…. This is stupid

I hate Daylight Savings time. It’s an antiquated system that may have served a purpose once upon a time, but now is just annoying. PICK A TIME AND STICK WITH IT! It doesn’t matter if we pick Daylight time or Standard time, just pick one!

Yesterday we drove from Central Standard Time in Texas, crossed into New Mexico and had to roll all our clocks back an hour to be in Mountain Standard Time. And then a few hours later, after midnight, all the clocks rolled forward again to match Central Standard Time, only now it’s not even Central Standard Time anywhere because they had to roll forward to Central Daylight Time so now they are still an hour ahead of us here. It’s confusing, it’s annoying, and I don’t like it. 😁

Call your Congressman! Call your Senator! Or better yet, Vote Pekrul for President in ‘28!! My platform will include one item… abolishing the stupid semi-annual time change.
